Homeless man, Mesa, Arizona 
 so this video is because I cannot find this homeless guy who which I have been contacting the city for months trying to get him medical attention and become award of the state. He has a severe infection where his hand has green and is the size of a basketball wrapped in a plastic bag And contaminates everywhere I’ve been trying everything to get this guy some hell can no longer find him for the last two weeks so I believe he is gonna pass away or the city was able to finally make him award of the state
