CNC Router - Zeroing Cross Laser

Here is a quick and easy way to zero a CNC machine to a particular point on a work piece. I just put the laser where I want the end mill to be and in a few seconds thats exactly where it ends up.
The cross laser I used was very cheap, just a few dollars. Ebay search 'cross laser' to find them.
