Christchurch Gondola Adventure! 🥶
Trading in the geothermal heat of Rotorua for the crisp mountain air of Christchurch, we took a ride on the Christchurch Gondola! This ride was significantly longer than Rotorua's, offering a more leisurely ascent with stunning views the whole way up. The 8-degree Celsius temperature felt a lot colder, maybe closer to 2 degrees – but it was SO worth it for the breathtaking panoramic views of Christchurch city and the airport sprawling below! A perfect way to end our New Zealand trip before catching our flight to Sydney the next day. Definitely recommend adding this to your Christchurch itinerary!
