Da'vine appears as Oda Mae for selected performances at the Piccadilly Theatre until January 16th, leading onto her taking on the role on Broadway from March 15th.
About Da'vine:
Da'Vine Joy Randolph, a Philadelphia native makes her UK theatrical debut as Oda Mae Brown having been cast in the role for the Broadway production (opening at the Lunt Fontanne Theatre in Spring 2012). Miss Randolph received her bachelor's from Temple University in classical vocal performance and transitioned into acting by attending Yale School of Drama for her Masters. Other regional credits include The Servant of Two Masters at Yale Repertory Theater and HAIR at Prince Music Theater.
