This is an overview of how you can make your own tablet case out of leather. Please Subscribe! 👉 / cheaneysaddles
The leather I used for making this tablet case is tanned by Hermann Oak Leather Company in St. Louis, MO. using US Steer Hides and a oak bark tanning process. This is a very firm leather that will hold up and last for years. One of the great things about this leather it tools and carves wonderfully and colors out to a rich color when oil with Olive Oil.
The first thing I did before cutting out the samsung note tablet cases was to design a pattern out of poster board. After I was satisfied with my pattern I blocked out the leather pieces with my craftsman trimming knife.
I think the YouTube video will describe the rest of the leather tablet case making process very well for you and at the end of the video you will see close up shots of the completed custom made tablet case.
