Gamers' Gaming Getaway Special! 11th Nov 2023
Ken attended the Gamers' Gaming Getaway from the 9th to the 12th of November 2023 and loved it! It's a great way to spend your days gaming! Everyone Ken met and played board games with was really lovely. Totally recommend it!. A massive Thank You to Catherine and Dave for organising and running the event.

The Gamers’ Gaming Getaway is an opportunity to have fun playing a wide variety of games face-to-face in the beautiful surroundings of Blackwell Court.
Everyone is welcome, although the event is particularly aimed at those who may appreciate a relaxed opportunity to meet new people while playing a diverse range of different games. There will be boardgames, a steampunk escape game, a starship simulator, Blood on The Clocktower, tabletop roleplaying games, live role playing, tournaments, game design workshops, playtesting, an in-character gaming tavern set in the LARP world of Empire, and even giant dice fights to start and end the event. It is also an opportunity to make new friends and connections with fellow gamers from a diverse range of gaming traditions and cultures. Games publishers, designers, event organisers and traders are particularly welcome to attend with the opportunity to share experiences without the pressure of exhibiting to the general public.
