How to Remove a pending payoneer account from Ditto music and add a new payoneer account
To remove a pending Payoneer account from Ditto Music and add a new Payoneer account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Ditto Music account.
2. Go to the "Finance" or "Royalties" section.
3. Click on "Payment Settings" or "Payment Methods".
4. Find the pending Payoneer account and click on the "Edit" or "Remove" button next to it.
5. Confirm that you want to remove the account.
6. Click on "Add New Payment Method" or "Add Payoneer Account".
7. Enter your new Payoneer account details:
Payoneer Email Address
Payoneer Account ID (optional)
8. Confirm your new Payoneer account details.
9. Set the new Payoneer account as your default payment method (if desired).
Note: If the pending Payoneer account is still pending verification, you may need to contact Payoneer support to cancel the verification process before removing it from Ditto Music.
