Brainstorming
Brainstorming is a way of generating creative solutions to a variety of problems. During a brainstorming session all members of the group should contribute ideas as quickly as possible. These ideas are then evaluated at the end of the session.
Come up with as many ideas as possible
Encourage all kinds of ideas -- both sensibly practical and wildly impractical
Don't criticise or evaluate ideas
Make sure everyone contributes
Encourage participants to build on or combine ideas
Appoint one member to record all the ideas
Have fun!
