Christmas Is For Everyone
This song was written as part of my involvement with Sum Of All Music, a wonderful composer’s collective of fiendishly talented and radically varied individuals who started getting together virtually under the direction of composer Joseph Metcalfe about 8 months ago.
Eventually, we ended up putting together an album of Christmas music, called Sum Of All Christmas, and this song is on there, along with a whole slew of really wonderful original songs and brilliant versions of classics.
So I just wanted to make a proper video for this song, not just me with a dumb phone or cheesy stock footage. So I was lucky enough to find Carly Miller, who filmed, directed, and edited the whole thing.
Yeah, ok, it’s a little dark, not the typical cheery holiday fare, but it sure was fun to write, make, and I learned a lot!
