The Story of John and the Stone
Once upon a time in a small village, there lived a man named John. John was known for his tireless work ethic. He owned a successful business and was always busy. Day and night, he worked relentlessly, believing that hard work was the only path to success.
One day, a wise old man visited the village. He observed John from a distance and noticed how hard he worked. The old man approached John and said, "Why do you work so hard, young man?"

"There was once a king who had two sons. He wanted to test their wisdom and gave them a challenge. He gave each of them a large stone and told them to carry it to the top of the highest mountain in the kingdom. The one who succeeded would inherit the throne.
The first son was strong and determined. He started climbing the mountain immediately, carrying the stone on his back. The journey was tough, and he struggled with every step. He refused to rest, believing that stopping would mean failure.
The second son, however, took a different approach. He started climbing with the stone, but he rested at intervals, enjoyed the beauty of the surroundings, and even made friends along the way who helped him carry the stone.
Eventually, both sons reached the top. The first son was exhausted, barely able to stand. The second son, though tired, was full of energy and joy. The king looked at his sons and said, 'Both of you have shown great determination, but only one of you has demonstrated wisdom. My kingdom needs a leader who knows how to balance hard work with rest and joy. The second son shall inherit the throne.'"
John listened intently, and the old man continued, "Success is not just about hard work. It's about finding balance. When you take time to rest, enjoy life, and seek help from others, you gain strength and wisdom. This balance is the true path to a fulfilling and successful life."
