A documentary about loans in Swiss francs and about a problem that dramatically reflects the carelessness of the authorities for their own citizens. The film talks about the problem on several levels: through the fates of loan victims from all over Croatia who are experiencing difficult dramas - an increase in loan installments from six to ten thousand kuna, family breakups, illnesses, death - and expert explanations about financial, legal, political and historical sociological aspects of the problem.
