Hola! 💛 Welcome to the first episode of this study with me series! It's Finals Week and I decided to take you along. Today we will be studying for one hour. I have recently taken a huge interest into the studying community, and I wanted to film a 'study with me' video! #StudywithMerell ✍🏼
MedTech is hard y’all, but I’ve been really enjoying, and I feel truly grateful to be walking on this journey. I can’t believe my second year of university is almost done. I was super productive, studied for almost 10+ hours every day this week & finished up the last few requirements for the school year. Hooray for summer vacation! 🌞
I've recently adopted the Pomodoro technique (25 min study x 5 min break). Grab some water/snacks, put on your favorite Lo-Fi playlist, and let’s study together! Enjoy 😊
What is the Pomodoro Technique?
1. Get a to-do list and a timer.
2. Set your timer for 25 minutes and focus on a single task until the timer rings.
3. When your session ends, mark off one Pomodoro and record what you completed.
4. Then enjoy a five-minute break.
