Random TBC mana user discussion
Talked a little about what iv done on private tbc servers, and how stats, down ranking, and talents have changed. Kind of a 1 hr rant sorry.... But yeah let me know if you want more info/ tbc related theory crafting.
TL:DR Down ranking is a lot worse now. Spell damage and + healing sucks(especially healing cause talents don't effect it now) at least in phase one. Intellect is what base MP5 is absed off of now and also can give a lot of free crit% so it's op. Best mana regen ratio is 1point int + 2 points spirit. Spell Hit and Defensive rating isn't as important as people think.
