I was wrong or at least, I am now. Mistakes//changes to Evoker's Flow state //and H priest rant.
edit holy priest nerfs didn't effect Power Word:life and Lightwell , but looks like everything else*
Okay think I made a mistake when testing flow stat on the beta, I was trying to not corrupt the math by always casting on myself, which ironically corrupted the math. But now flow state only effects CD's/movement speed and/ cast rates. Big nerf to end game echo+reversions. Will end up being around a 12% nerf to echo/reversion early in the tier and maybe 30% at the end, so not the end of the world for starting hps, but a big hit to farm parsing.
TL:Dr no more partial ticks on reversion.
