Software is invisible. We can't hold it in our hands or see it in its entirety, it does not have a mass, and we can't apply laws of physics. We're challenged to reason about that which can't be seen. This talk is about strategies and practices to "see" software and communicate effectively about it.

In this session, I'll share my experiences with identifying important information and presenting it in ways that can deepen shared understanding. I'll share stories about the challenges I've faced, what I've learned from both success and failure, and what I've found to be effective in communicating and reporting on the state of software.

Takeaways:
How to identify what information is important
Techniques to visualize the product Ideas on how to drive towards a deeper shared understanding
Effective reporting formats
