How to add a glowing effect to any shape using Photoshop
1.) Create a shape and add a stroke. You can adjust the stroke width of your choice.
2.) Use the selection tool to select the shape and then go to the menu panel and select modify -contract - adjust
Then menu - select - modify - feather - adjust accordingly
3.) From Layer Panel, select shape layer and then double click to get the layer style panel
4.) From the layer style panel, select outer glow - adjust and color overlay - adjust
