Samsung Q75R Backlight fault

After repairing my TV for a separate issue, I am now unable to adjust my Backlight and Eco settings. After a second repair, I still can't adjust these basic features. Local Dimming has stopped working as well.
Samsung is not going to replace my 12 month old QLED TV.
The authorised repair agent has informed me that adjusting the Backlight of my $2500 TV isn't possible.
It was possible before the initial repairs, so why can't I do it now? Why can every other model of your QLED range do it, but not Mine?
I have filed with the ACCC and Fair Trading.
