The DTF printing process is rapidly changing the custom apparel landscape, opening up new opportunities for textile printers. Capable of printing onto non-treated cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon, leather, and much more.
With DTF, graphics are printed onto a special coated PET film. A lightweight adhesive powder is then applied to the back of the image, allowing for the print to be transferred to numerous types of textiles.
This process gives businesses the ability to skip pre-treatment processes, lower costs of production, and expand their versatility.
