step 1 : first check your mobile or system date and time setting

step 2 : if details correct now go to your chrome browser

step 3 : now type in url "chrome://flags/#enable-quic"

step 4 : now you see "experimental QUIc protocol" option in menu

step 5 : now enable this option

step 6 : all right now relaunch chrome browser and first time 2 or 3 times repeatably refresh the website.
