Exam stress is prevalent in Singapore because of our competitive educational system, but occasionally it's important to remember that our well-being mentally and physically—is far more important than a piece of paper.
Don't put yourself under excessive stress only to appease your strict parents and stroke their ego. Keep in mind that your friends and family will be there for you no matter what.
