Grab a still from your video
... explained in only some minutes
Maybe you need a single picture from your footage.
For example, I often use this as a basis for my thumbnail images.
To do this, position the Play-Head at the right location.
Switch to the color page.
At the top left display the 'Gallery'.
Right click in the view and select 'Grab Still' from the context menu.
Right click on the screenshot just created to call 'Export'.
Assign a file name; choose the folde to save the file tor; and for the file format select a suitable image type such as JPEG or PNG.
And that's all needed to created an image file from your video.
