Sky Park Bike Park and RIDE AND SHINE
In this episode I take you up to Santas Village also known as Sky Park as we hold the 3rd annual Ride and Shine. Its an event that is held to help end the negative stigma around Mental Health. Its a day were we invite bike crews, Influencers, Podcasters and the community to come up and ride for the day and at 1pm we take the stage and share stories of hope around mental health challenges from within our global MTB community. The whole goal of the day is to do this in order to help save at least 1 life from this day. Hope you enjoy the video and get a taste of what the day is like.
