In this video I will show you how to put your tool shortcuts back on your desktop. Start by opening the link to the tool shortcuts in one window, and citrix in the other. We will copy and paste the website addresses into Citrix. Inside of Citrix, right click and select New, then Shortcut. On your desktop, copy the link to the tool needed and paste that into the Location for the Shortcut on Citrix. Then, select next. Name the Shortcut what you want it to be called. Then, select finish. Now, your shortcut is on your desktop. Continue to create new shortcuts for the rest of the tools that are needed. 9675
