Can we transform the way we produce food?
Professor Mary Brennan from the University of Edinburgh is working on bringing together everyone that plays a part in Scotland’s food system through her Wellcome-funded research.
By doing so, she hopes it could transform food systems so that they produce affordable, healthy, sustainable and accessible food for all.
