My friend gave me the files to the 14719 dash update as well as the programs necessary to flash a DevKit nand to my Jtag.
This video is just showing off some of the things you can do with a DevKit verses a Jtag. You can see what I'm doing on my computer side down in the bottom left hand corner. Basically I'm controlling my DevKit by a program called Xbox Neighborhood from my PC.
I would recommend doing this to any one who has a Jtag and the latest dash installed.
