Login into your ftp account
Navigate to Word Press Directory
Navigate to wp-content folder
Navigate to plugins folder
Sort by recently installed plugin by date
Disable the recently installed plugin by renaming it
Refresh your web page

Navigate to themes folder
Rename the installed theme folder
Refresh your web browser
