In today's jazz piano tutorial, you will learn a very beautiful 2-5 (ii-V) chord progression inspired by Barry Harris.
This chord voicing come from the Barry Harris scale which is similar to the major or minor scale but adding the b6.
What Barry is doing is harmonising this scale with 6 chords and diminished chords.
If you are a jazz pianist, I would suggest you to learn this progression in all 12 keys.
