TOYOTA PRIUS 20 | HOW TO JUMP A 20 TOYOTA PRIUS? | METHODS AND SIMPLE TIPS

In this video, I'll show you how to properly jump-start a Toyota Prius 20 with a dead battery.
1. What you'll need:
Jumper cables: Make sure your cables are long enough to reach from one battery to the other.
Safety glasses: Be sure to wear safety glasses to protect your eyes from sparks.
Gloves: It's also recommended to wear gloves to protect your hands from the lead in batteries.
2. Preparation:
Open the hood on both your Prius and the helper's vehicle.
Locate the jumper terminals. On your Prius, the jumper terminal is in the fuse box under the hood, labeled "JUMP START." On the helper's vehicle, the jumper terminals are typically located on the battery terminals.
Turn off the ignition on both vehicles.
3. Connecting the Cables:
Connect the red clamp on one cable to the positive (+) terminal of the helper's battery.
Connect the other red clamp to the "P" terminal on your Prius.
Connect the black clamp on one cable to the negative (-) terminal of the helper's battery.
Connect the other black clamp to an unpainted metal spot on the body of your Prius.
4. Starting the Engines:
Start the helper's engine and let it run for a few minutes.
Try to start your Prius. If it doesn't start immediately, let the helper's engine run for another 5 minutes.
Once your Prius's engine starts, let it run for a few minutes.
Remove the cables in reverse order: first the black one from your Prius, then the black one from the helper's car, then the red one from your Prius, and finally, the red one from the helper's car.
5. Additional Tips:
Do not touch the metal parts of the cables while they are connected. Don't leave the cables connected longer than necessary.
