in suburb, layers work the way I intended for them to!! levels of each layer are WAY more comfortable, the mech layers actually play at the correct times, and blending between indoor and outdoor variants are essentially seamless. fesiug is the MVP cuz he's the one who made all this stuff actually happen lol
