The Beef Patty Burger has been in existence since the Roman era. Yet, it wasn't until the industrial United States that someone thought about putting the burger between two pieces of buns. The hamburger is now the icon of American cuisine. Is there any way to improve on this marvelous food icon? We think so...or so we think.
