Connect VGA Screen to Raspberry Pi
It's easy to attach an old D-sub RGB DE-15 VESA, DB-15 or HD-15 cable to an RPi. You just need a cheap HDMI to VGA adaptor, which are available for USD 5 or even less on Amazon and eBay. An excellent keyword is "HDMI Male to VGA", then sort by price.
I don't know what the screen is but its specs are 14" inch 1024x768 and its adapter is:
