IGLOO Construction (in SoCal) - Big Bear Lake
How we built this year's igloo. Much bigger than previous years.
Build facts:
January saw 75" of snowfall in 9 days. The last snowfall was 28" on 1/29/21. Temps were warm following the storm (low to mid-50s during the day.)
Igloo built on February 7, 2021. 8 hour build time (stopping for lunch.) 58 degrees high temperature on build day.
*oh, and in case you're wondering, the camera wasn't working in the morning. So had to wait for the Go Pro to charge. :(
