LET'S TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH is an educational web series about mental health, aimed at teenagers.

Bold, funny, and relevant, the episode opens with the hilarious adventures of Rosalie and her friends, featuring none other than Rosalie Vaillancourt, Mathieu Dufour, Matthieu Pepper, Anas Hassouna, Sinem Kara, and Jacob Ospian-Echeverria. Humor and silliness break the ice! Then, the "Good to Know" segment answers the most frequently asked questions from young people about the episode's topic. Always relevant and often funny, this part of the episode is first and foremost educational. Finally, the episode concludes with testimonials from "young adults" aged 18 to 25, in their Personal Stories: they generously share their perspectives, advice, and experiences on the topic with viewers.
All the educational content of the web series "Let's Talk About Mental Health" is developed in collaboration with experts from Tel-Jeunes, the Canadian Mental Health Association, and the Quebec Order of Psychoeducators and Educators, and adopts a tone and approach that will resonate with Quebec teenagers.

In collaboration with Télé-Québec and produced with the financial participation of the Rocket-Shaw Fund, the Canada Media Fund, the Bell Fund, the Telus Fund, the Quebec Film and Television Production Tax Credit, and the Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit, Écho Média is proud to present the third season of this web series that will answer the questions of today's youth. An original idea by Louis-Martin Pepperall.
