A2's backstory.
Pretty sure the sake is Kubota Junmai Daiginjyo Sake. Green bottle with a black label.
€30 for a 300ml bottle, the bartender probably holding the massive 2ltr version. Goddamn they go €160.
Description sounds nice.
Aroma of pear and melon and the delicate balance of sweetness and sourness.
Sake tends to taste strong but is basically wine strength @ 17%. Goes great with pork and beef it says. Very nice. Should go great with some BBQ.
Need to try a bottle.
