After thousands of views, hundreds of likes, and numerous great comments (both pro-AUS and con), Allied succeeded in getting the video removed because their "trademarked" logo appeared in the b-roll on items such as pictures of Allied cars. The content has since been reviewed and is believed to clearly fall within nominative fair use guidelines for commentary and/or news content, and as such, the original content should be restored.
However, as this content is important for anyone considering either working for or hiring Allied Security to see, in the interest of immediate public transparency, this video is being re-posted, with the Allied patches blurred or covered, while any appeal is ongoing.
