This video will show you how to take a screenshot in Windows 10, using a few different methods.
The simplest method to take a variety of screenshots (whole screen, just a region, or a screenshot of a window) is to use the Windows snipping tool. To open that, just go to start-All Apps-Windows Accesories and then select the snipping tool option.
The snipping tool is very easy to use. Basically just hit the new button, and then when the screen grays out, select from the dropdown menu next to knew the type of region you want. Like there are options for free form (draw whatever shape you want) rectangular region, current window, and whole screen. AFter you take the screenshot just hit save and then choose the format and save it wherever.
The next method is to use the screenshot button on your keyboard. To have Windows take and automatically save a whole screen screenshot, just hit the windows key+print screen. This will save your current screen as an image in your pictures folder.
You can also just take a screenshot of a region by hitting alt+print screen and then pasting the screenshot into Microsoft Paint. You can do the same for the full screen by just not hitting alt.
