Getting the attention of the customer is very tough. We will have to be persistent and spend a lot of time/ effort/ money to reach out to them. It will be difficult if we try to reach all types of people and hope that someone will buy. Hence, it is important for us to decide the type of customer we want to go after. We should then focus on getting their attention. This will reduce the sales cycle a lot.
