In this video, Dr. Salah Al-Atili, a consultant in otolaryngology (ENT), discusses the diagnosis of sinus cancer. He explains that sinus cancer presents with symptoms such as unilateral nosebleeds, ulcers in the nose and mouth, bad breath, and facial pain. Patients may also experience recurrent sinus infections and have lumps in the nose, mouth, and lymph nodes in the neck and head. After identifying these symptoms, diagnosis is made through endoscopy and biopsies for examination. The doctor may also use a CT scan.
