Cochise College Alumni | Melany Edwards Barton
With 22 years of experience in Sierra Vista, Melany credits her career and life to the institution, having graduated from it in 2008. As an alumnus, she was influenced by the instructors' passion for the college and the region, leading her to stay in the area. During her time at Cochise College, Melany served as the president of Phi Theta Kappa and earned the All Arizona full-tuition merit scholarship to pursue her bachelor's degree. Melany emphasizes the significant impact Cochise College and its people had on her, surpassing her subsequent years in higher education.
