Hello everyone, this is GIS Mapper Liz and today I will be showing you how to download portions of ArcGIS Online Basemaps for offline use using the Tile Package Kreator Application. Please note that you will need a paid ArcGIS Online subscription account in order to use this application (public accounts are not supported).
