Kenyon Hunter: Growth Mindset
Kenyon Hunter is our guest speaker on this episode of Professionalism and Leadership University and he is here to discuss having a growth mindset. According to Kenyon, a growth mindset is possessed by an individual that always wants to continue to learn, regardless of their prestige within their industry. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Kenyon believes that the worst thing you can do as a business professional is to have a fixed mindset, or in other words, believe that you know everything there is to know about a subject.
