From last VDO • POE [3.1] The Poet's Pen (Fast attack 15+s...
I change all spell to Cold Projectile (Arctic breath,Freezing Pulse,Frostbolt,Ice Spear)
Use Snakepit(unique ring) for 2 additional projectile and cold DMG
Because Snakepit now I don't need GMP to support my spell so i can change to other support for more DMG (ex.Slow projectile,Faster projectile, Elemental Focus etc.)

Its 250ms cooldown on 1 skill . if u want to reach 16spell persecond
you gonna need 4 differrent skill and exactly or close to 8 APS
more than 8 not work
for most effective
1skill per wand = almost 4 APS
2skill per wand = almost 8 APS
