Cyberpunk Best Settings for GTX 970 - Fix Lag & Stutter / Increase FPS (1.04)

MSI GTX 970
16 GB DDR3 RAM
I5 4460
Nvidia Control Panel Settings:
Adjust image settings with preview set that to Performance Also manage 3d Settings go to global settings and put in power management mode prefer maximum performance and texture filtering - Quality set that to High Performance also!
Update to the latest Nvidia drivers of course.
Msi Afterburner settings :
Core Voltage +87
Core Clock +150
Memory Clock +600
Power limit 110
Temp limit 91
And Fan speed 100
If you don't have the same GTX 970 model and don't know anything about overclocking watch a tutorial first and test how much u can overclock ur GPU.
Mods and Fixes :
First, go to this file Library\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\engine\config\memory_pool_budgets.csv
And open it with notepad, go to CPU pool and from 154MB replace it and type 8GB IF YOU HAVE 16GB RAM AND IF U HAVE 8GB RAM TYPE 4GB
And now in GPU pool put 4GB because GTX 970 has 4GB VRAM.
