Fps Stutters Fix:
If anyone is experiencing stutters in Elden Ring go to device manager , software devices and disable microsoft rras root enumerator.
i'm not sure if that helps cause i did it before playing the game let me know in the comments but i had no major stutters maybe some really small dips in boss fights but nothing major as you can see from the gameplay.
