PORTS TO OPEN: 7777-7780 | 27015-27030 (To be safe TCP & UDP)
IF CONNECTING TO LOCAL NETWORK MACHINE, USE "OPEN [IPV4 OF HOST MACHINE EVEN IF ITS THE SAME MACHINE YOU ARE ON]" TO GET INTO YOUR SERVER
INSTALLING STEAMCMD
1.) Download Steamcmd Archive

2.) Place Archive into a dedicated place on your server
(Ex: D:\steamcmd)
3.) Extract contents of archive into chosen folder
4.) Run Executable and wait for installation to finish
(Close the window after it finishes)

INSTALLING SERVER
1.) Grab the text from the description of the video or copy down the text within the video and create a txt file to keep it in
W:\steamcmd\steamcmd.exe +force_install_dir "W:\ARK1" +login anonymous +app_update 2430930 validate +quit
2.) This will be used for installing and updating the server
3.) Open CMD on your server and paste in the command -- wait for the installation to finish completely before looking for the files within your chosen installation directory.

RUNNING THE SERVER
1.) Create a new text file and rename the extension of it to ".bat"
2.) Edit the file with the following template:
ArkAscendedServer.exe TheIsland_WP?listen TheIsland_WP?Port=7777?QueryPort=27015 -NoBattlEye
3.) Place the file within the server directory like so:
D:\ark1\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\YOURNEWBATFILE.BAT
4.) Right click the bat file and place a shortcut of it somewhere easy to find
5.) Run the server!
THE SERVER WILL GENERATE INI's FOR YOU IN Shootergame/saved/config/windowserver
AFTER FIRST RUN ADD THE SERVER NAME OR CHANGE IT IN THE INI YOURSELF
