Ube cupcakes/ube puto recipe
Ingredients:
purple yam/ube
3cups all purpose flour
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 and half cup sugar
2 Drops food coloring
1/2 cup oil
1/4 tsp salt
For meringue:
3 large egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
For whipping cream I used Rama Professional multipurpose cooking and whipping cream
And it’s the first time I used my brand new black+decker 3 tier food steamer 775w
