welcome to Foundations in Networking, Networking Basics. In this course I'll introduce you to some basic concepts in networking, such as topologies and the OSI reference model. We'll also take a look at several different network types you may come across. Beyond the OSI reference model, we'll also look at the TCP/IP reference model, and see how the two types of models compare to each other. We'll also take a brief look at a few of the different devices that are used in a networking environment.
