Vinyl Fav #8 | Behemoth - The Satanist
I never was a big fan of their earlier Black Metal stuff or the later Death Metal records, but this album changed my mind about that band completely. This is a really powerful and atmospheric album with an amazing artwork, painted by the Russian painter and occultist Denis Forkas. It also includes some blood of the vocalist. Additional art and design were completed by Metastazis (Paradise Lost, ...) and Zbigniew Bielak (Watain, Ghost, ...). In addition, the band's live show has developed into a spectacle that must be seen once!
