Mitsubishi Aircraft announces order by SkyWest for 100 MRJs powered by Pratt & Whitney engines
Pratt & Whitney will provide exclusive power for 100 Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ) aircraft for an order announced today by Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation and SkyWest, Inc. The agreement represents 200 PurePower PW1200G engines with deliveries scheduled to begin in 2017. Pratt & Whitney is a division of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).
