Huge Problem and Solution | Seachem Tidal Hang On Back Filters
I bought two Seachem Tidal 75 hang on back filters and both (right out the box) had the same issue with the Flow regulation dial. It basically wouldn't turn and adjust the flow at all. I figured out the solution (should work with all Seachem Tidals) and I hope this helps you out. It is still a good hang on back filter, and yes I still have mine.
